Making your smoothie
- Tear the top
- Pop in the blender
- Add a cup of water or milk of your choice - we highly recommend coconut water for extra hydration or your favourite milk for a thick & creamy texture
- Blend for 30-60 seconds depending how you like your smoothie!
Absolutely love them!! It took me a couple before I got the hang of my preference for how to make them (first blender was too small 😆) but so delicious. Super handy to be able to just grab one out when needed. Will definitely making sure i keep some in the freezer!
As a new breastfeeding mum, these have been a nutritious lifesaver for breakfast and snacks. I like to leave it out of the freezer for 5 minutes before blending.
10/10! Like so many mums I often fail to prioritise my own breakfast (and nutrition generally). These smoothies are easy to prepare and so delicious that they are now a staple in my morning routine!
