Order window:
Your smoothies are made to order so place yours by midday Sunday to receive them the following week! You'll get an email when your order is ready to ship or collect, and texts from Urgent Couriers when they're on the way.
We deliver to most postcodes in:
Auckland, Hamilton, Waikato, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, Whangarei, Napier and Palmerston North.
Delivery windows:
Non rural every Tuesday between 12-5pm or 6-9pm – you can select your preferred time at checkout!
Rural Auckland and regional deliveries to Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Hawke's Bay will arrive on Wednesday afternoons.
Click & collect:
Available on Tuesdays 10am–2pm at CupFull HQ in Kohimarama.
Available on Wednesdays 2pm–8pm in Red Beach.
You will get an email when your order is ready for pickup.
How we pack:
We do our best to ensure our smoothies are kept frozen with ice packs and reliable couriers–however ice packs can only keep things frozen for so long!
The recipient is responsible for transferring them into a freezer when they arrive, so please make sure you will be close to home on delivery day as we cannot replace an order that has been left unattended at the recipient's address after delivery.

CupFull smoothies have become my perfect go-to snack when I'm peckish and need something quicky during the day. It's good to know I'm putting something nutritious in my body. I mostly drink them when I'm WFH (then I don't have to share with my kiddos, ha! But when they do get their hands on one, they both love them too)
All the flavours are delicious, but I especially love the yellow one! Nothing is mine anymore with a two-year-old who’s a big fan too. Yum!
