In the thick of early postpartum, our own nourishment was always the first thing to slip. We needed something quick, filling, and genuinely good for us. So we created it, and turned it into something that makes it easier for other mums to fill their cup too.

Once we started having CupFull each day, something shifted. We felt more energised, more satisfied, and like we were finally taking care of ourselves, without spending precious time in the kitchen. That small daily win? We wanted every mum to have it.
