These are the best time saver. I spent most of my 4th trimester sitting on the couch with a baby. These smoothies were amazing because I only needed a few mins to myself to make but still super nutritious. Also could eat with one hand which was a must during that time. These would be an amazing gift for a newly postpartum mumma.

Absolutely love them!! It took me a couple before I got the hang of my preference for how to make them (first blender was too small 😆) but so delicious. Super handy to be able to just grab one out when needed. Will definitely making sure i keep some in the freezer!

Love the CupFull smoothies as a busy (sleep deprived) Mum of 2 small humans!! So easy, delicious and nutritious. I love how all I need to do is add water and the packet has everything else to make it a proper meal 💕 I haven’t had smoothies at home for years as it felt like too much admin to have the right ingredients on hand - Cupfull has solved this for me! I had tonsillitis recently and the Cupfull smoothies were the biggest lifesaver when I couldn’t swallow anything other than liquid and still having to get sustenance in me so I could keep up breastfeeding. I got sent some beautiful smoothies from a friend after my second baby. An incredible gift so perfect for mums or anyone at all especially if short of time and needing nourishing! So yummy!

These have been such a lovely treat and have saved me on many occasions when I’d normally just reach for a coffee and chocolate bar for “lunch”. My fav flavours are the purple blueberry and cacao ones. I think a box or 2, would make the best gift for parents of newborns.
